LET US BE YOUR ANCHOR
DIVORCE ANCHOR
Over 60% of divorces involve real estate—and most don’t get the right advice at the right time.
The family home isn’t just a structure—it’s comfort, stability, and often the largest financial asset in the marriage. But when divorce enters the picture, what happens next isn’t always clear.
That’s where Divorce Mortgage Planning comes in.
Without expert guidance, homeowners often make rushed decisions based on emotion, outdated assumptions, or incomplete financial information. The result? Missed opportunities, financial strain, and sometimes, losing a home that could have been kept—or keeping one that shouldn’t have been.
Working with a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) means getting clarity when it counts most.

MEET VINCE REECE
Certified Divorce Lending Professional
Founder of Divorce Anchor and a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®). My passion for helping divorcing homeowners comes from personal experience.
When I went through divorce in 2001, it was one of the hardest decisions of my life. Especially being raised in the Catholic faith. I felt embarrassed, overwhelmed, and pressured to move as fast as possible. Without clear guidance, I sold my marital home when I may have been able to keep it. That experience drives me today: to help others slow down, understand their options, and make informed choices.
At Divorce Anchor, I work with attorneys, mediators, and financial professionals to align court orders with mortgage guidelines, avoid last-minute surprises, and provide clear options for keeping or selling the marital home. Divorce is complicated. Your mortgage doesn’t have to be.
